This Privacy Policy explains how the iPhone apps published by Bilal Shah, trading as Creative Omega (“we”, “us”), handle your information. Our apps are listed on the App Store under the seller name Bilal Shah. We are based in the United Kingdom.

This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile apps developed and published by Bilal Shah (Creative Omega), including:

The Short Version

• What you create in our apps stays on your device.
• No accounts, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking.
• Purchases are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.

Information We Collect

Our apps do not collect, store, sell or share personal information. We do not run servers that receive your app data, and we cannot see anything you enter in our apps.

You do not need to create an account or give us your name, email address or any other personal details to use our apps.

Data Stored on Your Device

Everything you create in our apps (for example habits, moods, medicine logs, health readings such as blood pressure and weight, water intake or settings) is stored only on your iPhone. If you use iCloud Backup, it is included in your own backup, which is controlled by your Apple Account, not by us.

Permissions

Some apps ask for permission to use a feature of your iPhone, and only when that feature needs it:

• Location (Overfly): used on your device to centre the flight map near you. Your location is not stored and is not sent to us.
• Notifications (for example reminders): scheduled on your device.

You can change or withdraw any permission at any time in Settings on your iPhone.

Online Information Services

A few apps download public information to work. When they do, your device connects directly to the provider, which receives your IP address and the request itself (for example, which exchange rates to fetch). No personal information or app content is sent.

• RateFlow: exchange rates from Frankfurter (frankfurter.app)
• Globetrotter: country information from REST Countries (restcountries.com)
• Overfly: live flight information from the OpenSky Network (opensky-network.org)

These providers’ own privacy policies apply to those requests.

Purchases and Subscriptions

Upgrades and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We never receive your name, email address or payment details. Apple only tells the app whether a purchase or subscription is active. You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time in your Apple Account settings.

Analytics, Advertising and Tracking

Our apps do not display advertising and do not contain analytics or tracking tools. We do not track you across other apps or websites.

If you have chosen to share analytics with app developers in your iPhone settings, Apple may send us anonymous crash reports. These do not identify you.

Third Parties

We do not sell, rent or share personal information. The only third parties involved are Apple (App Store, purchases and optional crash reports) and the information services listed above. We only work with third parties that provide at least the same level of protection for your data as described in this policy.

Data Retention and Deletion

• Your data stays on your device until you delete it in the app or delete the app, which removes it from your device.
• Copies in your iCloud Backup are managed in the iCloud settings on your iPhone.
• Because we do not hold your app data, there is normally nothing for us to delete. If you believe we hold personal information about you (for example, because you emailed us), contact us and we will delete it within 30 days.

Your Rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or delete any personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To make a request, email us at the address below. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).

Children’s Privacy

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy, for example when we release a new app. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.
